I've been trying for a month and a half now to get a question answered about an issue I'm having with my riding lawnmower. They keep directing you to their online customer support page that is absolutely useless. A support rep will answer your question by saying someone will be in touch with you and then just crickets.I've got a $1400 riding lawnmower with a $1300 transmission replacement. Do not purchase one of their riding mowers.
Once your check clears they don't care anymore about the customer. The reason people call is for a real person to anwer their question. Not to talk to a limited program computer.
